Broadsword Corrosion Engineering Ltd. is an engineering consultancy, specializing in the practice of corrosion and materials engineering to resolve those problems, which result in the material loss of infrastructure, capital resources, environmental habitat and direct loss of life arising from corrosion-initiated accidents. We are dedicated to providing professional corrosion science and engineering expertise to the petroleum, energy and natural resources industries.

We are always looking for bright and aspiring individuals with 3 to 5 years process unit operations design particularly in pipeline and gas sweetening operations. The successful incumbent will have a demonstrable working proficiency with HYSIS, UniSim^®, PIPEFLO and other related simulation packages. We want dynamic, self-starters who have a familiarity with materials specifications and selection with an understanding of fundamental corrosion mechanisms. You must be computer literate and have a strong aptitude with Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel.

We sponsor student internships and welcome all chemical and mechanical engineering (3rd and 4th year) applicants.

Professional registration with APEGGA is mandatory. Safety training and current (non-expired) certifications is desirable. Membership in the Canadian Society for Chemical Engineering and NACE International will definitely enhance your career aspirations at Broadsword.
